The Trustees have engaged a project management consultancy, whose team have now carried out necessary work and research to assist in further developing the scheme.

The Trust has identified a potential site on the outskirts of a market town in Somerset.

Other potential sites would be considered, as would an existing building, if it were suitable, which could provide a minimum of 2½ - 3 acres of land, where there is good access. We will need a site which is close to a town or village with facilities and amenities and which has the potential of creating a green and peaceful environment.
